When will I receive my tracking number?
It usually takes 2-3 days for the tracking number to be ready. You can find it inside your account by clicking your order information and it will also be sent to you via email.
I ordered multiple items but received only a part of them. Why?
We ship our kits and accessories from multiple factories in different locations. As a result, kits and accessories within the same order may arrive at slightly different times.

When your order is in transit between countries, tracking can be very slow to update. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep!
What is your Refund Policy?
