Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

*We do not offer refunds in the following cases: 

-Partially/Fully completed diamond paintings

-Custom kits

-Clearance items 

How To Initiate A Return

Please contact with the following:

Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)

The name of the person who placed the order

The email address you used to complete your order

We will reply to your message within 24-48  hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. 

*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been picked & packed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it for you. You will need to return it for a refund. 

I have not revied my order yet. What do I do?

Orders usually take between 10-30 business days to arrive at their destination. 

(Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times can go up to 8 weeks & 10-14 days on processing times)

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued back to your card as soon as we receive your return.

*If your item is currently in transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund**
