WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email, which also includes your order number.
Where is my order?
We ship from our custom printing facilities located in Asia. Because the items are coming from overseas, shipping usually takes between 9-30 days (excluding processing time). In extremely rare cases, shipping will exceed 30 days due to factors such as shipping congestion, customs delays, and high order volumes.

I ordered multiple items but received only a part of them. Why?
We ship our kits and accessories from multiple factories in different locations. As a result, kits and accessories within the same order may arrive at slightly different times.
In this case, you will have two separate tracking numbers
Why is my tracking not updating?
When your order is in transit between countries, tracking can be very slow to update. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep!
What’s included in each Mary’s Diamonds Kit?
Each of our kits comes with the following:
Printed canvas with a design chart and protected adhesive
Beautifully Colored diamonds (labeled)
Diamond applicator tool and/or tweezers
Tray with wax (used to pick up the diamonds)
*Please note that kits come without a frame.

When a 1+1 campaign is active, do I get 2 free kits if I order 2 diamond paintings ?
Yes, only if you make 2 different orders. One and one
When a 2+1 campaign is active, do I get 2 free kits if I order 4 diamond paintings?
Yes, only if you make 2 different orders. One with two and the one with the other two
I’m missing some diamonds. What can I do?
If this happens we will send you some replacement diamonds at no extra charge.

What is your Refund Policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 45 days from the purchase date. All diamonds must be in their original, unopened packaging.
